The City of Wichita has undergone dramatic changes over the course of its history. One seminal moment was the arrival of arts and culture ushered in by the construction of the Wichita Carnegie Library building. The 100th anniversary of the Wichita Carnegie Library was a time to reflect on the rich history of our city and how knowledge and art helped propel Wichita forward.
